Refund Policy
A LEGAL DISCLAIMER
If a defect in materials or workmanship is discovered within 2 months, Lux Surfaces Group will either refund the price of the product or provide a replacement product after a reasonable number of attempts to remedy the product defects. The buyer's remedy is limited to replacing or repairing the defective product.
DAMAGED MATERIAL POLICY
Products damaged after leaving the store will not be accepted for return or refund unless the damage is reported within two weeks of the purchase date. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the materials before leaving the store to ensure they are free from damage. Any damage discovered and reported within two weeks after the product has left the store will be reviewed for possible return or refund.
